MIDDLE LEADERS COURSE

By the end of this learning experience, participants will be able to:

1) Gain an understanding of different leadership styles commonly employed in educational settings

2) Develop effective communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and persuasive communication

3) Deploy strategies and techniques to promote collaboration and teamwork within their teams

4) Apply techniques for managing and resolving conflicts within their teams and the broader school community

5) Middle leaders will learn strategies to cultivate a positive school culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and continuous improvement

6) Develop self-awareness and reflective practices: Middle leaders will engage in self-reflection to enhance their self-awareness, identifying personal strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth

7) Middle leaders will gain skills to lead and manage change initiatives within the school, encouraging innovation, fostering a growth mindset, and adapting to the evolving educational landscape.
